Qualifications

• CNA or PCA credentials as required.
• Experience with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Reliable attendance and clear communication with clients and team.
• Ability to follow a care plan and report changes promptly.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care: bathing, grooming, dressing, hygiene and daily living activities.
• Assist with ambulation, transfers, and mobility support as needed.
• Assist with meal preparation, transportation to appointments, and light housekeeping.
• Support clients with medication reminders and routine monitoring when trained.
