Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
• Experience in long-term care preferred
• Must be able to obtain/maintain CNA certification within state requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance
• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility
• Take and record vital signs; monitor resident condition
• Assist with meals and hydration; ensure positive dining experience
• Support infection control procedures and PPE usage
• Document resident interactions and care provided; communicate changes to RN
