Job summary

Qualifications

• Must possess at least a 10th grade education.
• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with state laws.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify residents before treatments or meals using wristbands or photos.
• Record entries accurately on charts and logs.
• Report changes in residents' condition to supervisors promptly.
• Maintain resident privacy and confidentiality of health information.
• Assist residents with daily activities and personal care.
• Prepare residents' room and assist with transfers and mobility as instructed.
