Job summary

Qualifications

• Must possess a CNA license in the state where employed.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze, and follow care plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care per resident care plans.
• Identify residents before treatments or meals using wristbands.
• Document accurately on flow sheets and charts.
• Report changes in resident condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
• Maintain resident comfort and dignity; assist with activities of daily living.
• Follow infection control and safety procedures.
• Protect resident privacy and confidentiality.
