RediMed/Business Health is seeking a Medical Assistant – Certified to support the urgent care team at the SACS Clinic. The role includes rooming patients, taking vital signs, collecting specimens, and assisting providers in examinations and procedures.

The position also involves front-office tasks, education for patients, and adherence to infection control and clinic policies in a fast-paced environment. CMA-AAMA or RMA certification required, BCLS certification needed.

Formación

• Experience in urgent care, emergency, or ambulatory care settings preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Room patients and collect vital signs and medical histories.
• Prepare patients for exams and procedures; assist providers.
• Collect specimens and process results in EMR.
• Administer medications and injections per scope.
• Provide patient education and instructions.
• Maintain clean, stocked exam rooms and sanitize equipment.
• Assist with front-office tasks as needed.
• Support timely patient flow and communication with care team.
