Americare Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to support residents in our Missouri Memory Care communities. You will administer medications under licensed supervision and assist with daily living activities, creating a safe, home‑like environment for residents with memory loss.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of CMA / Level One certification in Missouri.
• Willingness to complete Med Level One training at the community.
• Active certification maintained in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications under supervision per Missouri guidelines.
• Verify resident identity before medication administration and document details.
• Monitor residents for medication responses and report adverse reactions.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Observe, record, and report resident care and intake/output.
• Support coworkers and complete required documentation.
