Job summary

CSG Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior IT Specialist (Argentina) to anchor cloud, identity, endpoint, and cybersecurity operations. Lead end-to-end initiatives, architect Microsoft 365/Azure environments, remediate legacy client infra, and manage Intune kiosk deployments.

You will act as the primary technical contact and project manager, interfacing with senior client leadership and vendors. Responsible for Tier 3 escalations and Tier 1/2 support as needed.

Qualifications

• Location: Argentina, independent contractor eligibility.
• 5+ years of hands-on IT systems, networking, and cloud administration with MSP experience.
• Project manager or primary technical liaison with executive client stakeholders.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft 365 tenant admin, Exchange Online, Entra ID, and licensing.
• Experience in security incidents, auditing, and threat protection policies.
• Hands-on with Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, compliance baselines, and kiosk mode.
• Fluent/bilingual English for executive interaction.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary technical contact and project manager for complex client onboarding and cloud migrations.
• Build, configure, and secure new Microsoft 365 tenants; optimize licensing.
• Manage Exchange Online mail flow, security, and retention policies.
• Lead security incident detection, triage, containment, and remediation.
• Deliver proactive infrastructure roadmaps aligned with CIS/NIST/HIPAA benchmarks.
• Generate tenant health, endpoint compliance, and security posture reports.
• Evaluate vendors and IT solutions to support client projects.
• Design and maintain Intune kiosk mode profiles and endpoint management.
• Administer Entra ID, MFA, SSO, RBAC, and hybrid identity configurations.
• Audit inherited 365/Azure environments; manage tenant migrations.
• Collaborate with Google Workspace and ensure API integrations.
