Job summary

Proud Moments ABA in the United States is seeking Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one, home-based ABA services under BCBA supervision. This role offers flexible part-time hours, evening/afternoon shifts, and paid training to build confidence in treatment delivery.

You will work with children aged 2–15, assisting families and BCBA teams, collecting progress data, and supporting implementation of individualized plans in a home setting. Strong communication and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with children or behavioral support preferred.
• HIPAA confidentiality knowledge or training preferred.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong communication with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report progress.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing treatment plans.
• Be responsive to the needs of clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and other applicable parties.
• Physically keep up with clients during sessions and adapt to movement and activities of children.
