Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is hiring Behavior Technicians to work in home-based settings with children ages 2–15, under BCBA guidance. You’ll implement individualized behavioral plans and collect progress data to support treatment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with children preferred.
• HIPAA confidentiality and data handling awareness.
• Reliable transportation to assigned locations.
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home under BCBA plans.
• Collect data to monitor progress of treatment plans.
• Train and support families in implementing plans.
• Maintain clear communication with families and supervisors.
• Assist with activities to engage clients aged 2–15.
