Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children in their homes, implementing ABA plans created by BCBAs. The role emphasizes data collection, progress reporting, and family training support in a flexible, client-focused environment.

Ideal candidates enjoy working with children, communicating effectively with families, and maintaining confidentiality under HIPAA. Evening hours and team collaboration are key features of this position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience with children preferred.
• Experience with behavioral challenges or ASD preferred (training provided).
• Reliable transportation to work locations.
• Confidentiality per HIPAA and policies.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress of the treatment plan and report results.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing treatment plans.
• Be responsive to the needs of clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and others.
