Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is a national behavioral health organization providing ABA services for children from birth to age 21. We are seeking Behavior Technicians to join our home-based treatment team, working 1-1 with clients under BCBA supervision.

The role offers flexible part-time hours, paid training, and a supportive, team-oriented environment. You will help families implement treatment plans and track progress to support positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience with children preferred.
• Experience with behavioral challenges or special needs preferred.
• Reliable transportation and ability to commute to locations.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and company policies.
• Strong verbal and written communication with families.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report results.
• Support BCBA with training families on plans.
• Be responsive to clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families and staff.
• Assist with physical activities during sessions as needed.
• Other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA.
