Proud Moments ABA is a national behavioral health organization providing ABA services for children from birth to age 21. We are seeking Behavior Technicians to join our growing team for 1-1 home-based treatment in partnership with BCBAs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience with children or behavioral challenges preferred.
• Reliable transportation to commute to client locations.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality under HIPAA.
• Strong communication and ability to engage children and families.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement behavioral plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report on treatment effectiveness.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing plans.
• Respond to the needs of clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication with families and supervising staff.
• Assist with daily activities appropriate for children aged 2–15.
• Other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA.
