Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is seeking entry-level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs in California.

These part-time roles offer growth into full-time work as caseloads expand, with 1:1 ABA support for children with autism under a BCBA's supervision. We provide flexible scheduling, competitive pay with annual raises, a $500 quarterly bonus for those averaging 25 hours/week, paid RBT training, travel & mileage reimbursement, and a clear career growth path to become an RBT.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's in psychology/education a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to engage clients and lift up to 50 lbs.
• ABA therapy, childcare, education or related field experience a plus.
• Ability to sit on the floor and assist clients as needed.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under the supervision of a BCBA
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training
