Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) in California is seeking entry-level Behavior Assistants and Experienced RBTs. The role offers part-time hours with room to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

You will work one-on-one with children with autism under BCBA supervision, using ABA strategies and data collection to measure progress. PBS provides complimentary RBT training, a career growth pathway, travel reimbursement where applicable, and benefits including 401(k) matches.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally as required.
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
• ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
