Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) in California seeks entry level Behavior Assistant and RBT roles to support children with autism using ABA and data collection. You’ll work 1:1 under supervision and have opportunities to grow into a full-time role as caseloads expand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; psychology/education coursework a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, or related field is a plus.
• Strong communication with families and clinical teams.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
