Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Experienced RBT roles in California. Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA, under supervision of a BCBA. Opportunities to enroll in RBT training and advance through career pathways.

Flexible scheduling and benefits, including 40-hour RBT training, travel reimbursement where applicable, and 401(k) with match. Part-time with potential to grow to full-time as caseloads expand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology or Education preferred.
• Ability to work 1:1 with children using ABA under BCBA supervision.
• Willingness to travel locally and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
