Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) roles in California. Part-time positions with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

Work 1:1 with children using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA. Training to become an RBT is offered, with complimentary 40-hour training. Flexible scheduling, travel reimbursement where applicable, and annual raises with quarterly bonuses for higher-hour averages.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s in Psychology/Education or related field a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally (if required).
• Ability to engage clients during sessions and assist with lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
