Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced RBTs in California. Positions start part-time with growth to full-time as caseloads expand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; higher education in psychology/education a plus.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field a plus.
• Ability to engage with clients and families.
• Must meet local licensure/certification requirements.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
