Qualifications

• High school diploma required; related degrees considered a plus.
• Experience with ABA, childcare, education, or similar fields is beneficial.
• Willingness to travel locally and transport to sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
