Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Experienced RBT roles in California. Part-time positions are available with a pathway to full-time as caseloads grow, offering mentoring and advancement toward RBT certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s preferred.
• ABA experience or related field preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are valued.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
