Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is looking for Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA methods. Opportunities for growth into full-time roles are available as caseloads expand.

The ideal candidates will possess at least a high school diploma, be able to engage clients effectively, and ideally have experience in ABA therapy or related fields. Flexible scheduling and competitive pay with additional benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in relevant fields is a plus.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, or education preferred.
• Strong client engagement skills needed.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children using ABA strategies under supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
