Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking part-time Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies. The positions offer the potential to grow into full-time roles as caseloads expand.

Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans designed by a BCBA and collecting data to track progress. We provide flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and a career growth pathway from Behavior Assistant to RBT.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required, a Bachelor’s in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and local travel availability are necessary.
• Ability to actively engage clients and lift clients is essential.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
• Communicate effectively with families and clinical teams.
• Attend scheduled supervisions and training.

Skills

Experience in ABA therapy
