Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) for part‑time positions with potential for full‑time as caseloads grow. Responsibilities include working 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies, implementing treatment plans, and tracking client progress.

Qualifications

• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions, go from sitting to standing unassisted and lift up to 50lbs.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally (if required).
• All roles subject to local and state requirements related to licensure, credentialing and certification.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.

Skills
