Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies. Positions are part-time with the opportunity to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma is required; a related Bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally as required.
• Ability to actively engage clients and perform physical tasks during sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data using PBS tracking tools.
