Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to work with children with autism. These part-time roles offer flexible scheduling and the chance to grow into full-time positions as caseloads expand.

Responsibilities include working 1:1 with clients, implementing ABA strategies, and tracking progress. Candidates should have a high school diploma, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift up to 50lbs. Qualifications

• High school diploma is a must; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and local travel willingness required.
• Experience in ABA therapy or related fields is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children using ABA strategies.
• Implement treatment plans as designed by a BCBA.
• Track and record client progress using PBS tools.
