Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is looking for both Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to provide one-on-one support to children with autism using ABA strategies. The role is part-time with the potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required; a Bachelor's in Psychology or Education is a plus.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and engage clients actively during sessions.
• Experience in ABA therapy or related fields is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
