Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to work with children with autism using ABA strategies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or a related field preferred.
• Reliable transportation for local travel may be necessary.
• Must be able to engage actively with clients and lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
