Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to work with children with autism. These part-time positions allow for flexibility and opportunities to grow into full-time roles as caseloads expand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology or Education is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if required.
• Ability to engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.

Skills

Experience in ABA therapy
