Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT). These part-time positions present opportunities to grow into full-time roles as caseloads expand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and engage actively with clients.
• Reliable transportation is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans managed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
