Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is looking for Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to support children with autism. These part-time positions offer the potential for full-time roles as caseloads expand.

Responsibilities include implementing ABA strategies, collecting progress data, and collaborating with families and clinical teams. Candidates should have a high school diploma; a background in Psychology or Education is a plus. Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate effectively with families and clinical teams.
• Ability to engage clients actively during sessions.
• Reliable transportation is required.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under supervision.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Attend scheduled supervisions and team meetings.
