Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is looking for part-time Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to work with children with autism. This role offers flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and the chance to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, data collection, and communication with families. Successful candidates will have a high school diploma and the ability to actively engage clients during sessions.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
