Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT). These positions are part-time, with opportunities for advancement as caseloads grow.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or a relevant bachelor's degree. Responsibilities include 1:1 work with children with autism, implementing treatment plans, and data collection. Qualifications

• High school diploma required, Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel if needed.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
