The role involves working with children with autism under the supervision of a BCBA, implementing treatment plans, and communicating with families.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in childcare or education is a plus.
• Willingness to travel locally if required.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under supervision.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Communicate with families to ensure client success.
