Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) for part-time roles with opportunities to transition to full-time. Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology or Education is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, or education is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect data to track client progress.
