Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is looking for Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to work with children with autism. Part-time positions are available, with the ability to transition into full-time roles as caseloads grow.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma; Bachelor's in Psychology or Education is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally, if required.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record data using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams for client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions and ongoing training.

Skills

Experience in ABA therapy

Childcare experience

Strong communication skills

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Education

High school diploma
