Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is looking for Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to work part-time with children with autism using ABA strategies. This role has the opportunity to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required, Bachelor's preferred.
• Reliable transportation for local travel if necessary.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and engage with clients.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children using ABA strategies.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
