Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT). These part-time positions offer the opportunity to grow into full-time roles as caseloads expand.

The candidates will work directly with children with autism, implementing individualized treatment plans, tracking progress, and communicating with families. Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Reliable transportation needed for local travel.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and engage clients actively.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.

Skills

Experience in ABA therapy
