Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) for part-time positions that can grow into full-time as caseloads expand. The ideal candidates will work closely with children with autism, implementing treatment plans and collecting data on progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Reliable transportation for local travel is necessary.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, or education is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
