Job summary

Able Minds ABA in Wilmington, DE is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our team with flexible work hours and no caseload. This role offers both part-time and full-time opportunities in a supportive, client-focused environment.

As a BCBA, you will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide ABA therapy to families in need, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team while staying current with best practices in ABA therapy.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Special Education, Psychology, or related field.
• BCBA certification required.
• At least 1 year of ABA experience.
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and practices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide ABA therapy to clients with autism and related disorders.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and effective treatment.
• Provide training and support to autism therapy staff and family members.
• Develop and implement behavioral plans and protocols to meet client needs.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of client progress and treatment.
• Stay current with industry developments and best practices in ABA therapy.
