Job summary

Able Minds ABA in York, PA seeks a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to provide top-tier ABA therapy with flexible scheduling and no caseload. You will develop and implement treatment plans, conduct assessments, and use data to measure progress while collaborating with BCaBAs for seamless service delivery.

This role offers part-time or full-time hours, competitive pay, and ongoing training in a supportive team focused on improving outcomes for children with autism and their families.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field.
• BCBA certification with BACB.
• Minimum 1 year of ABA experience as BCBA/BCaBA.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement ABA treatment plans for clients with ASD.
• Conduct assessments, skills training, and data analysis to measure progress.
• Collaborate with BCaBAs and other professionals for seamless service.
• Maintain accurate records of client progress and treatment plans.
