Able Minds ABA in Lancaster, PA is seeking a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy with a NO CASELOAD policy and flexible scheduling. The role supports children with autism through individualized treatment plans and a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
• Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) through BACB.
• At least 1 year of ABA therapy experience, preferably with children with autism.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children with autism, in collaboration with our team of experienced behavior analysts.
• Provide ABA therapy services to clients, ensuring high-quality and compassionate care.
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify areas of strength and weakness, and develop strategies to address challenges.
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team, including speech therapists, occupational therapists, and psychologists.
• Maintain accurate and thorough client records, ensuring compliance with state and national regulations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in ABA therapy, incorporating this knowledge into treatment plans and service delivery.
