Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, or related field.
• Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA)
• 1+ years of experience as BCBA in private agency or clinical setting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services to clients in home and community settings.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with clients, families, and stakeholders.
