Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Relevant degree required; licensure/credentialing may apply locally.
• Experience designing and implementing behavior intervention plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise and train team members and stakeholders.
• Implement ABA therapy programs in various settings to reduce behaviors and increase skills.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data and adjust plans to ensure client and family success.
• Ensure ethical compliance per BACB and PBS policies.
