Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate and dedicated BCBA to join our team. Our BCBAs design and oversee behavior intervention plans, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality ABA services for clients.

We emphasize family-centered care, ethical practice, and ongoing professional growth. Responsibilities include FBAs, supervision, and data-driven treatment planning across home, school, and community settings.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Related degree in psychology, behavior analysis, or a related field.
• Experience designing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and stakeholders.
• Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
