Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to design and oversee ABA programs, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality services for clients.

You will lead home, school, or community-based interventions, conduct FBAs, and collaborate with families to drive meaningful outcomes. Join a mission-driven team, with flexible scheduling, training, and ongoing mentorship, while maintaining adherence to BACB guidelines and PBS policies.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations
• Ability to engage with clients, sit on the floor, and lift up to 50lbs

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide supervision and training to team members and families
• Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies
