Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) seeks a compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst to design and oversee ABA programs, supervise staff, and collaborate with families across home, school, and community settings.

The role emphasizes ethical practice, data-driven decision making, and mentorship for team members. The BCBA/BCaBA will supervise RBTs and student analysts while ensuring high-quality services and family-centered care.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client locations.
• Ability to engage with clients, sit on the floor, transition to standing, and assist up to 50 lbs.
• Create systems applying PBS principles to meet needs of individuals and families.
• Build an organization that attracts competent, enthusiastic professionals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to PBS staff, families, and stakeholders.
• Implement and oversee ABA programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
