Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a BCBA/BCaBA to join a mission-driven team delivering high-quality ABA services. You will design and supervise behavior intervention plans, mentor staff, and work with families to achieve meaningful client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Providing supervision and training to team members and stakeholders.
• Analyze data to monitor client outcomes and adjust treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee ABA programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and other professionals to support client progress.
• Ensure adherence to BACB ethics and PBS policies.
