Job summary

Positive Behavior Support Corp. is seeking a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to join a mission-driven team delivering ethical, person-centered ABA services. You will design and supervise behavior plans, mentor RBTs, and collaborate with families to achieve meaningful outcomes.

Roles include supervision, travel to client sites, and adherence to BACB guidelines while benefiting from a transparent compensation approach and supportive, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

Must hold an active BCBA or BCaBA certification with BACB status.
Related degree required and licensure as applicable by state.

Responsibilities

Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide supervision and training to team members and stakeholders.
Implement ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
