Job summary

Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate BCBA or BCaBA to join our team and lead high‑quality ABA services for clients. You will design and oversee behavior intervention plans, supervise Behavior Assistants, RBTs, and student analysts, and ensure ethical, person-centered care.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA or BCaBA certification with BACB in good standing.
• All roles subject to local and state licensure and certification requirements.
• Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members, including PBS employees, families, and stakeholders.
• Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans for client and family success.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
