Positive Behavior Support Corp. is a trusted leader in Applied Behavior Analysis, dedicated to ethical, person-centered care for individuals with behavioral challenges.

We seek a compassionate BCBA or BCaBA to join our collaborative, mission-driven team. You will design, oversee and supervise ABA services, mentor assistants, and work with families to achieve meaningful, lasting change in home, school or community settings.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Related degree required; licensure/certification per local/state rules.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Ability to travel to client locations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to engage with clients and assist with mobility up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and families.
• Implement ABA programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor client outcomes and adjust treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
